Bryan and Amy are a North Shore Massachusetts couple who love working with residential buyers, sellers and investors. Their diverse skills compliment each other well, which allows them to appeal to the various needs of their clients.

As an interior designer/home stager, Amy works with each seller client to stage and properly prepare their home for market. As property managers (HostedGuest.com), Amy and Bryan also specialize in working with buyers who are interested in purchasing short-term rental properties. Amy often designs the interiors of the short-term rental properties their buyer clients’ purchase to make them stand out in the marketplace.

Amy’s diverse background also includes owning a wedding company for 14 years prior to joining forces with Bryan to form the Ruocco Group. Having experience working with engaged couples has provided Amy with the skill set needed to better understand the nuances of working with couples with diverse needs. As a Realtor, she is able to help couples blend their tastes and specifications to find common ground and wonderful outcome. 

Bryan brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and creates both video and photographic content for their clients as well as their social media marketing. He is an FAA licensed drone pilot and is often credited with providing the comic relief. Bryan is typically the one who works one-on-one with our clients throughout the buying and selling process once Amy has worked her magic.

Together, they love working with both buyers and sellers to accomplish their goals and objectives in a way that leaves their clients feeling like they are the only clients they have.
